“Everyone has his own specific vocation or mission in life; everyone must carry out a concrete assignment that demands fulfillment. Therein he cannot be replaced, nor can his life be repeated. Thus, everyone’s task is unique as his specific opportunity to implement it.”
Logotherapy is a unique psychological school based on the most intimate in a person — his meanings.
This is a special worldview, originating in the reflections of the Athenian philosophers and humanists of Renaissance period.
It is also one of the most effective methods of psychological work with the highest KPI.
“Man’s Search for Meaning” [or the third Viennese School of Psychotherapy] was created by the outstanding Austrian psychologist, psychiatrist and neurologist Victor Emil Frankl, a man who miraculously survived in concentration camps where, during World War II, he had to spend three years. It was there, in the midst of inhuman suffering, the theory of Frankl that was worked out by him back in the 30s, proved its truth and unprecedented efficiency, saving lives of hundreds of people and giving support to thousands.
The main feature of logotherapy is a holistic view of a person, according to which, in addition to mental and physical, in each of us there is also a noetic [spiritual] dimension, which is an invulnerable, eternal “resource,” the main driving force constantly motivating us to realize meaning.
To help a person to see his individual, unique meaning and learn to rely on it, gaining access to an unlimited source of personal energy, motivation and strength is the key aim of a logotherapist.
Logotherapy deals with different questions: whether it is a conflict between family members, lack of confidence, loss of life goals, suffering of the hopelessly ill, fears or phobias, lack of a sense of the meaning of life, inability to find the right decision in an ambivalent choice situation, heavy heart, boredom and apathy, overcoming the “backblows of fortune,” finding a resource space for growth and development — in a word, everything that can excite a person.
On average, the conversation takes an hour / hour and a half, very rarely — two hours.
Each case is unique, so where one or two meetings are enough for one person, the other will need several months of regular (let’s say, once a week) conversations.
The current online video connection gives almost the same excellent result as a live meeting, although a live meeting is always better : )
During the pandemic, I interact with people for a donation, the comfortable amount of which everyone chooses based on their life circumstances.
In normal, “peaceful” time, a decent reward is the amount of 5000 rubles per 1 meeting, however, taking into account individual life circumstances, it can always be changed — please tell me about these circumstances in advance, we will discuss everything and find an acceptable option for you. Money should not be an obstacle to our interaction.
Choose a convenient way to contact me and I will definitely find time for you.
